Best Practices for Writing Good Instructions
1. Keep It Simple and Clear
Use easy-to-understand words.
Be specific so there's no confusion.
Example Instruction:
"Explain how to reset a password in three simple steps using plain language. Avoid technical jargon."
2. Organize Your Steps
Break tasks into small, step-by-step instructions.
Use bullet points or numbers to make them easy to follow.

Personalizing Instructions with Caleida (Default & Custom Parameters)
Default Parameters
Caleida allows you to include user details in instructions for a personalized experience. These are the standard options:
full_name – The user’s full name.
first_name – The user’s first name.
last_name – The user’s last name.
og_email – The user’s email address.
In cases where the interaction with Caleida is not part of a campaign—such as a web plugin—the user information will be derived from the login details or if the interaction is based on a specific channel, such as Google Chat, the associated Google account will provide the user information. For interactions that are part of a campaign, the contact information will be responsible for providing these details.
Example: Greeting a User by Name
Instruction:
"Caleida is your smart sales assistant. Greet users by saying, 'Hello ${first_name}, how may I assist you today?'"
Custom Parameters
Caleida takes personalization further by allowing you to access any metadata from contacts using the ${} approach. This means you can dynamically insert details such as user preferences, past interactions, or custom fields tailored to your workflow.
