Best Practices for Writing Good Instructions

1. Keep It Simple and Clear

• Use easy-to-understand words.

• Be specific so there's no confusion.

• full_name – The user’s full name.

• first_name – The user’s first name.

• last_name – The user’s last name.

• og_email – The user’s email address.

In cases where the interaction with Caleida is not part of a campaign—such as a web plugin—the user information will be derived from the login details or if the interaction is based on a specific channel, such as Google Chat, the associated Google account will provide the user information. For interactions that are part of a campaign, the contact information will be responsible for providing these details.
